Generate fallback key base on your ethereum private key

Why we need the fallback key?

For those who has forgotten to register their EOS or who has registered but the key was rejected, the fallback mechanism will help to find back the EOS.If you have already mapped correctly, the mechanism won’t work.

Conditions that need to be met for finding back EOS:

• 1. the amount of EOS (based on Ethereum) should larger than 1 (less than 1 can not success).
• 2. the original Ethereum address requires a transaction of token transfer (before the snapshot period 06.02.2018).
• 3. 3. the original Ethereum address has not been mapped. (including mapping exception, mapping failure, etc)
• 4. original Ethereum address is not a contract address.

ATTENTIONS:

For your asset’s safety, you should keep offline while doing the operation, and you should write the private key down on paper, don’t take any screenshot or copy to pasteboard. After you get the EOS private key, you can import into an EOS wallet to see the EOS after mapping.
